PR1629 Beautiful 2340 HA Game Farm Near Baltimore Limpopo

This breathtaking game farm is 2 340 ha in total and located approximately 330 Kilometers from Pretoria, near Baltimore in the Limpopo Province. There are two title deeds one of  1 730 ha and the other one is 610 HA which makes up the  2 340 ha access to each farm is via a registered servitude road which we call an “inside farm” so the farms do not border any public roads and offer complete privacy. The topography is 60% flat area and 40% mountainous area but the beauty of the farm is that you can access most of the farm as there are many roads and lots of plateaus in the more mountainous terrain. The habitat is typical sweet veld with more than 70 different tree species including baobab, knob thorn, leadwood, carrot tree, etc. There are small summer streams in the mountainous area which helps through the winter months to keep some trees and grass green which the animals then utilize as we do not feed the game at all. The wildlife is abundant with four leopards staying permanently on the farm, brown hyenas, and a wide variety of bird life including birds of prey with a black eagle breeding pair to name a few. The manager's house has two bedrooms, a bathroom, an open-plan lounge and kitchen, and a verandah with a boma and braai area.

The camp is home to a three-bedroom thatched lodge with two bathrooms, a guest bathroom, a kitchen, a lounge, and an outside room that accommodates two people with its own outside entrance and ensuite bathroom.

There are two breeding camps of 38 HA and 100 HA.

The other farm has an unfinished large four bedroom double story house with a large shed and store room with undercover parking.
